The Fourth Annual Great Cajun Cook-Off & Food Fest is an annual fundraiser for the Cajun Cactus Foundation and its chosen charities. This year, the recipients are the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity, Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona, New Life Center and St. Mary's Food Bank.
This casual, family-friendly event features an amateur gumbo and jambalaya cook-off as well as a Food Fest -- the best Cajun and Southern fare from restaurants across the Valley! In addition, it promises the best assortment of Southern musical entertainment including zydeco, jazz, blues and... Dash Rip Rock, the legendary punk-a-billy, southern party rock band from New Orleans! Find out more...
